By submitting audition recordings, voice demos, personal information, and other talent materials, you authorize VAA to store, review, organize, and share these materials with prospective clients, brands, casting decision-makers, and their authorized representatives for casting, talent-selection, and related user research purposes.
Such user research may include evaluating how voices are perceived, comparing voice characteristics, assessing suitability for specific projects, researching audience reactions to voice styles, and selecting voice talent for current or future opportunities.
Clients and other recipients may use submitted materials solely for evaluation, research, casting, and talent-selection purposes. No right is granted to use, publish, distribute, reproduce, train artificial intelligence systems on, or incorporate audition recordings or talent materials into commercial products, advertisements, broadcasts, media productions, or other public-facing content without a separate agreement and the necessary rights being obtained from the talent and VAA.
